As Chair, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy, overseeing effective governance, and working closely with the Managing Director to support the organisation’s growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise and lead a dedicated Board in making a real difference to children and families in Islington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure IPA meets its charitable objectives.
- Oversee effective governance, ensuring trustees fulfill their responsibilities.
- Lead the Board in reviewing risks, financial health, and strategic opportunities.
- Work in close partnership with the Managing Director, providing support and guidance.
