What do you love about working at IPA?
IPA provides the opportunity for children to have access to nature natural resources, as simple as climbing trees. The playgrounds have fantastic outdoor space with some exceptional and adventurous risk taking that will always be taking place. Children are able to make their own decisions and rules in their playgrounds and imagination is always around us.

What is your favourite childhood play memory?
I remember being outdoors as a child sleeping in a tent in my garden, and telling stories with friends. I remember feeling so excited by this experience.
