Fin has worked for IPA for a few years and in 2021 became a permanent member of staff. Fin is well versed when it comes to adventure play. His family has been involved in adventure play for a lot of his life. He loves seeing the benefits that adventure playgrounds can do for children.

What do you love about working at IPA?
I love the chance to re-live my youth, in spaces I never got to be in in this capacity as a kid.
What is your favourite childhood play memory?
Woodcraft folk is my favourite childhood play memory. We would camp in the woods and build swings and bridges. It was amazing to play with things that you wouldn’t find in your house.
