What do you love about working at IPA?
What I love about working for IPA is that it's like a big family. Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive and I feel the team really do practice what they preach when it comes to teaching the children about kindness and open mindedness.

What is your favourite childhood play memory?
My favourite childhood memory would have to be my Grandad bringing a huge Christmas present to the house and telling me it was a train set for my twin brother. On Christmas Day I discovered it was actually a walking doll for me and after that I brought her everywhere with me. I'm from a big family of six and spent most of my time with my twin growing up. My grandparents were very involved in our lives and would often look after us all; these are the memories I hold most dear.
