Fataha joined IPA in 2012 working as bank staff across Paradise Park Children’s Centre’s nursery and creche. As well as continuing this work, Fataha has worked at the cafe at Paradise Park Children’s Centre since June 2018. Fataha is currently an Early Years Key Worker in our Baby Room.

What do you love about working at IPA?
I love working with children, the environment is friendly and the staff are friendly. Also, the location of Paradise Park is near where I live so it's very convenient!
What is your favourite childhood play memory?
i loved playing cricket, and enjoyed making boats with banana trees
