What do you love about working at IPA?
'IPA is a dream come true. I have always loved working with children and have had a great time working with the IPA team. IPA allows children to be free and creative which is something I love seeing. It allows me to be creative and use my skills as a teacher to implement my knowledge to the children. Seeing children be happy in what they do, makes me happy. I just love play!'
What is your favourite childhood play memory?
'My favourite childhood memory of IPA (Timbuktu) was being around support staff that would show love, care and freedom to play with people from around my neighbourhood. I loved playing at Timbuktu as it allowed me to be myself.'
