Tracey has worked at Islington Play Association since September 2009. Before working for IPA she spent several years working at other nurseries and working as a registered childminder. She is currently Baby Room Leader, Early Years Key Worker and Safeguarding Officer at Paradise Park Nursery.

What do you love about working at IPA?
I enjoy working with the babies in the baby room and watching them develop and reaching their developmental goals. I love
watching them develop and progress through the different stages of the Nursery. One of my favourite things that I enjoy doing at the Nursery is going out on trips to local parks as this is one of my personal childhood favourite memories.
What is your favourite childhood play memory?
Visiting parks with my parents riding my bike and exploring the outside world.
