Yumi is all about making work feel good. After nearly two decades in a leadership role at an international corporate, she made a purposeful shift in 2024 – joining IPA to focus on creating positive, inclusive workplaces where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
She believes in the power of play, joy and connection – not just for children but for all of us – and is passionate about making the everyday work experience a little more human, a little more fun, and a lot more meaningful.
