At adventure playgrounds the children choose the content of their play. They decide what to do with their time, their space and their bodies.
One of the great joys of being a playworker is seeing children play. Part of this play is art. This art gallery is a way of showcasing some of the art that children make. Sometimes it is joyous and hopeful, sometimes sad, sometimes they copy artists they respect, sometimes they visualise whole worlds for themselves. Often they are influenced by friends, the internet, school and families. In fact they are influenced by everything they see in the world.
